How long do I have access to my courses?
You receive ongoing access for at least 24 months from purchase. If we retire a course, we will offer an equivalent replacement at no extra cost.
What tools do I need to start?
A sharp pair of floral shears, tape, a small roll of binding wire, a few reusable bowls, and a notebook. We provide a full checklist in each course.
Is your approach sustainable?
Yes. We teach foam-free mechanics, encourage local sourcing, and include modules on waste minimization and reusable inventories.
Do you offer refunds?
If the course doesn’t match its description and you have not substantially consumed the content, contact us within 14 days for options. We aim for fair resolutions.
Can I get feedback from a mentor?
Select pathways include optional mentor reviews. You can also book one-off feedback sessions; see details in the Catalog.
Are there in-studio classes?
Yes. We run small in-studio cohorts for installations and wearables. Check “Delivery: In-studio” filters in the Catalog.
Do you provide certificates?
We issue completion certificates upon meeting course checkpoints. These confirm skills learned but are not a government license.
Will your business courses guarantee bookings?
We do not guarantee results. We teach frameworks and templates that you tailor to your market and values.
